Motivation

HELLO.

I haven’t posted here in a long time.

I just started juicing. I’m doing Jason Vale’s 7lbs in 7 days programme, and will hopefully continue on afterwards too. Currently on day 4. I lost 2lbs in 2 days, haven’t weighed myself since. I think I might wait until the 7 days is up to weigh myself again.

Starting weight: 10 stone.
